Edited Feature: WebSecurity should allow custom columns in user profile table [95]

Currently WebMatrix.WebData.WebSecurity does not support adding custom columns in the user profile table when initializing the providers.
This could be useful, since the CreateUserAndAccount method already accepts a dictionary to insert additional values associated with the user.
